Sabrina Courtemanche, Executive Pastry Chef and co-founder of Your Sweet Escape Catering Co., is a culinary visionary and industry leader. Her passion for food ignited at a young age, as she and her sister transformed their kitchen into a magical restaurant. Inspired by culinary television, Sabrina's dream of a career in food blossomed.

A fortuitous decision to enroll in pastry school marked a turning point. While initially intended as a temporary pursuit, Sabrina's talent and passion quickly became evident. Her culinary journey led her from the artistry of cake decorating in an Italian bakery to the dynamic world of resort pastry production. With over a decade of experience, including a pivotal role as Pastry Chef at the renowned Riverside Hotel, Sabrina has honed her craft into an impeccable artistry.
